RENT OUR THEATER FOR A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT:
We generally charge $35 per hour for using one of our spaces, which includes use of our check-in desk, lobby, and one performance space. There is an additional fee of $20 per hour if you need a lighting, audio, or video technician on hand. This plan is great for rehearsals, table readings, meetings, film shoots, wedding receptions, birthday parties, field trips, game nights, art shows, free classes, religious services, studio space, and more! This type of rental does not include use of our ticketing site or advertising.
RENT OUR THEATER FOR A TICKETED EVENT:
You can rent one of our theaters for NO MONEY UP FRONT by entering into a 50/50 ticket share agreement with us. This plan is great for plays, concerts, workshops, cabarets, magic shows, arts camps, dance recitals, and more! Because we are a family-oriented business in a shopping mall, there are some limits to what type of events can be help here. When you do a 50/50 ticket share agreement with us, we include your event on our web calendar, ticketing page, event flyer, social media, and mall advertising. We also include a tech rehearsal and a dress rehearsal. Additional rehearsal time is $35 per hour, and there is a fee of $20 per hour if you need a lighting, audio, or video technician on hand.
